1. Acceptance of Terms

Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and further legal action where appropriate.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on aaajl app are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). By depositing funds into your account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, which are outlined on the Withdrawal page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

The Platform does not offer credit facilities. You may only wager funds that are already present in your account balance. Gaming outcomes do not guarantee any return of funds, and aaajl app does not make any representation regarding the likelihood of winning.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
aaajl app provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aaajl app disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total aggregate liability to you under these terms shall not exceed the amount held in your account at the time the claim arose.
All content available on aaajl app, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of aaajl app or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms
aaajl app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or failure to provide requested verification documents. In the event of account closure, any eligible remaining balance will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to verification.
